I'm sorry for not mentioning this but I already had my baby boy name Torance on March 02, 2007. It's just that I am still having these crazy pains in both front middle section of my thighs

I had awful charlie horses when I was pregnant. I am assuming this is the same type of problem you are having. First off, try massaging them to relieve some of the soreness. I have heard of a couple methods for stopping this. Bananas and salt water. They will be the worst when you first wake up, so while it will be hard, try to remember not to stretch. This will bring them on. Good luck with the baby.

When, you are pregnant, your body produces the hormone called relaxin (sp?) This is what makes your bones pliable so that your hips can move during chilbirth. After you have the baby, however, your body stops making so much of this hormone and your bones then become stiff and hard again. If you are not aligned properly when this happens it can make you terribly uncomfortable until you are realigned again. I have not had any experience myself with the pain being in the thighs. Mine was mostly in my hips and back, but it makes sense because your thighs are attached to your hips. I would see a chiropractor and see if an adjustement or 2 will do the trick. it sure worked for me.

If the pain is more muscular it may be that you are lacking some vitamins or minerals. Are you continuing with your prenatal vitamins? I would for at least a little while. Especially if you are nursing. It is great for you and your baby, but it does deplete your body's supply and that needs to be replenished.
