There are many sleep aids to choose from obviously, but if you are looking for a more natural alternative, try peanut butter or turkey. They have natural sedatives in them. Have you tried meditation? Also, try laying down and keeping your eyes closed. I know it sounds a little lame, but your body releases the hormone that is responsible for getting your body to sleep when your eyelids are shut.
