Extremely bad pain in neck while Masturbaiting.?!

Extremely bad pain in neck while Masturbaiting.?

When I masturtbait, I'll be doing it for about 10 seconds, and I get a sharp pain in the back of my neck and all through the back of my head. It is extremely painfull.

Does anyone know what it is?

I'm 14.
