Anyone know how to get untanked, like what things work, i ate already and kinda feel like throwing up, too full, what will really work?

Answers:

There's no way to really become "undrunk".

There are, however, several things you can do to speed along the process. I'd recommend taking some activated charcoal for starters. This is a mix of various forms of carbon most often used for poisonings. It was by absorbing, or preventing the absorbsion, of whatever potentially harmful chemicals you've ingested. Alcohol is no exception.

Charcoal is also recommended over simply "throwing up", because it does not damage the esophagus and neutralizes the alcohol further down your digestive tract where comiting does not reach. There are several hangover prevention brands available at any grocery store. These all usually contain charcoal in some form or another.

Alcohol also dehydrates you. Drink plenty of water. This will also help the body the process and pass out the alcohol and reduce the concentration of alcohol in the bloodstream. Some paramedics I know who have come into work with a hangover have started an IV on themselves to reduce the concentration of alcohol as well as "push out" as much as they can. Usually, they push some thiamine (B-vitamin) as well to help metabolize the alochol and sugars faster. Alcohol also depletes thiamine in the system.

Eat a meal. This helps to speed up the body's metabolism to pass out the alcohol.

Exercise. This will also boost your body's metabolism as well as help excrete some of it through sweating.

Coffee. Coffee does NOT make you sober. It is, however, a stimulant, which could help counteract SOME of the effects of alcohol, which is a depressant. You won't be sober, just a wide awake drunk. It could help if you want to atleast APPEAR somewhat more sober.

Short of a total blood volume replacement, you're going to have to rely on natural body processes to sober you up, which varies from individual to individual and depends largely on how much and how quickly you drank.

I've been there, mate. Good luck... and cheers!
