Why do I put my hands in my pants when I sleep?!
Question: Why do I put my hands in my pants when I sleep?
Sometimes I get up and I'll find that I have my hands in my waist band. No, I'm not touching myself or anything like that if that's what you're thinking. I'm a girl if that makes any difference. Is it more comfortable or is there another reason?

It's not uncommon. I do that all the time even when i'm not sleeping, sometimes i fall asleep like that. I personally do it because its warmer under my pants lol not being dirty. But say like when my hands are cold or something i just put them between my thighs when i fall asleep.
I do it too, but not when I sleep, but it is comfortable :P
