my foot is really sore, it's this tendon or something on the bottom of my foot that is really hurting. when u flex ur toes up a litlle muscle or somthing sticfks out on the far left side of my right foot. it's is really painful, and i was wondering if anyone knows wat it could be

to be very honest cherry it would be difficult for any1 to answer ur question here without seeing the condition of ur foot....
All i can say is that do start massaging ur area with medicated oils which r easily available nowadays....
besides put ur problem online...these days there are many docs who will answer ur question....
