My back is killing me!! could it be.......?
the bed, pillows, i sit all day long at work, ive never had such horrible pains in my back.. im only 19!!! what can i do to make this go away.. i cant afford a new mattress.. i think thats what it is... please help.

Try an eggshell mattress cover. They work pretty good and are only $16 at Target.
