How to cure GAS PAINS?!

How to cure GAS PAINS?

I have had horriable gas pains for the past 2 days!! I've tried Gas X, and it did not help at all. Today I took Ex Lax to help me go to the bathroom. Even though I have went, I continue to have the horriable pain in my stomach! What can I do to help relief this?? PLEASE HELP.

Are you sure it's gas? Is there pain above your right hip bone? If so get checked for appendicitis. There are serious conditions that you may mistake for gas.
