What to do for a pulled muscle in back?!

Question: What to do for a pulled muscle in back?
I pulled a muscle in my back or shoulder (Cant tell witch it is) And I cant sleep.
Is there a certain way I should position my pillows or something? What medicine is best?

Answers:

Depending on amount of pain u feel u may want to go to quickcare just to get a prescription for vicadin or something. If the pain is manageable then just take aleve (works best for muscles). If you get a prescription you wont feel your back and sleeping will be painless if you take an over the counter then you may still feel pain but it will still be bearable. for pillows i recommend sleeping in an upright position(like your sitting straight or lying flat on your back no pillows.

There is nothing you can take/eat which will have a positive effect on a damaged muscle. There are many things which will have a negative effect on the healing process. Real food and a vitamin/mineral supplement are it on the good for you list.
