The piece is very dangerous it could parelize him or kill him, but they can't take it out b/c that could kill him. They recieved papers from the laywers wanting to know how much they want, why that much, and how they came to that amount. Well Pain and suffering doesn't have a dollar amount or does it so thats what they need to know well my mom is also sueing for pain and suffering so how much is that

Answers:

If you are talking about a settlement-
YOU MUST INSIST ON MEDICAL OPEN--do not sign unless it is OPEN !!

I know in my state (MT) you are entitled to 6 weeks pay per % rating of impairment- so say you are given a 45 % impairment rating - they pay you an additional 275 weeks of pay at your bi-weekly rate of pay. AND YOU MUST INSIST FOR MEDICAL OPEN - then it WILL be reasonable!
AND ONLY THEN!

There really is no reasonable dollar per day -with pain and suffering because it lasts a lifetime!
Do not count on1/2 millions bux 1/3 of that - YOU WILL NOT GET IT! BUT see of you get 75,000 and medical open
my meds are 2k per month and I had 4 surgeries x 33k for treatments
plus epidurals, mris, meds , PT
