it 2:45 am England and im wide awake and its annoying me cos i have work in a few hours who else is the same

I haven't tried to sleep yet since it is only 10 pm here, but I frequently have that problem. I can tell you that being on the computer is making it worse, same as watching tv. The additional light makes your brain think it is day time. Try reading a book instead or listening to music.
