Is it safe to drink Nyquil just to fall sleep faster?!


Question:

Is it safe to drink Nyquil just to fall sleep faster?

I cant sleep right away when I go to bed, I mean it takes me like 4 hrs then I fall asleep. Is it safe for me to take it even though Im not sick?

I need to get up early next week , but I dont get much sleep causeI dont fall asleep..
