Feels like there is needles going into a certain area of my back with certain movements?
about 3 days ago i possible brought a trapezium strain onto myself, i think this because i experienced one a few months ago. Well its gotten easier to move, with small amount of pain in my back. In the past 5 hours, when i move, it feels like needles going in. The area is like the top right side of my upper back. Its one of the areas of the pains, but most of the pain is gone. What could this feeling be? i dont like going to the doctors, and the sprain has mostly gone away, but what is this new pain.

Sounds like an inflamed or pinched nerve. You could try a soft neck collar and some heat and advil to see if it gets better in a few days. The neck collar will help take the stress off of the upper shoulder and back muscle area and allow those muscles to truly rest.
