How do I get rid of my headaches?

i have this headache, half of my head is in pain, really painful.. I think it's a migraine
n sometime i get this headache it makes want to throw up and i feel nauseous.. evey time i lay down watching dvd, i get this headache that will not go away.. n also, everytime i'm in the car i got headache too.. n when I smell something that is so strong; like perfumes.. I got a headache that is really2 painful, I cried.. n it takes time for it to go away..
i don't usually take painkillers, but sometimes I do, if I could not stand it.. but I don't want to depend on drugs, because it will make me need more in the future as these headaches won't go away..
btw, what's wrong with me? am i sick?

Its a Migrane or a hangover. Please take a 1 bruprofin and 2 codiene tablets. Stay in a darkened room, don't watch tv at all, put on some relaxation music like water music or rainforest, put it on repeat so you dont have to get up. At least stay there, for 6 hours. Take a bottle of water in with you and only go out to pee or to top up your water bottle and if you do wear sunglasses. You need to close your eyes and relax. Headaches are your body's way of saying slow down or stop for awhile, so do it.
If you headache continues more than 48 hours, while you are taking medication, seek medical help.
