OK so...I blew my nose and now I feel like I am gonna die...?
I am dizzy, nauseous, my ears hurt, and I cant hear good. I tried to plug my nose and blow but now I am in even more pain than before. WHat can I do to reverse the effects?

you more than likely applied too much pressure to your inner ear ( equilibrium ) causing fluid to swirl around. This causes all symptoms described. You should really see a doctor. if you damaged any nerves IT could lead to hearing loss in one or both ears and that's bad. if you don't get better real soon, VISIT A DOCTOR.
