What are the symptons of a trapped nerve in the Back?
Been having Pins and Needles in my right Foot for Months all the time only when i touch it, now my left foot is the same. Somebody said it could be a trapped nerve in my Back as i suffer from back trouble.
Answers:
Back problems are progressive as you grow older and put additional stress on it.
First you need to see a doctor for a possible MRI to lacate the area of the pain.
Second you need to seek treatment to take care of the injured site.
There are several remedies in todays medicine besides surgery but until you isolate the injury you will not get better. It could be as simple as a pinched nerve to an herniated disk (very painful).
Take it easy till a doctor can be seen.
