Intense constipation...?!


Question:

Intense constipation...?

Can anyone recommend on what I should eat or take because I haven't been able to digest for 2 days. It's extremely uncomfortable for me to put up with. I have already been taking metamucil, and laxatives but they dont seem to be helping at all for some reason.


Answers:

Oranges, prunes or castor oil. Castor oil works the fastest.
