right hand index finger. i am 15. i have it in the splint and all... how long does it take?

A fracture in a finger heals in approximately three weeks.
In the meantime, the physician may take additional x-rays to check whether the bone is fusing together properly.
When the doctor removes the splint, physical therapy will be prescribed to restore range of motion and flexibility.
