My feet get really hot at night...?
Whenever I'm in bed, I can sleep unless my feet are sticking out of the covers because my feet get too hot. It's really bad in the summer, because I will have to constantly get up out of bed and run cold water over my feet to cool them off. It's only bad at night. During the morning and daytime, it's fine. But once 9:00 rolls around, they are roasting. Right now, I have an ice pack under my feet to cool them off. Is there something wrong with me?

I would say go to the Dr. and have it checked...my feet are hot at night too and have always been out of the covers. I do have hormones issues and that could be what yours are too. Get it checked....
