Back pain from using crutches?!

Question:

Back pain from using crutches?

i had acl reconstruction 2.5 weeks ago and i am on 1 crutch now...im having back pains...its probably because im always leaning to one side from the crutch...is there a way to make it go away or feel better..?

Adjust the crutch to make it taller. You should be able to stand up straight with the crutch snugly under your arm. Keep it close to your hip to minimize the strain on your back.
