Is there any way to cope sudden reactions?!

Question:

Is there any way to cope sudden reactions?

I shudder out of the blue sometimes and my hair really stands up and the feeling is so NOT good. It's been with me since young and whenever I try to control it the hair stands up even further.

It's only when I pile myself with tons of clothing or hide under my blanket fully that it doesn't work. My mum said it was because that I left myself in the cold too much(Yeah, i cover myself fully when I sleep but when I wake up I'm fully exposed)

I hate this feeling because I usually sort of jump up when my hair stands, and it happens even if I didn't go near electronic devices (I can hear them too well for my own good)

Should I just pile myself with clothing and die in the heat or is there any other way? Doctors can't explain it either :(

Answers:

I would just learn to cope with sudden reactions just like you would anything else. Just try to be strong when the feelings hit.
