Any simple exercises for sore legs?!


Question: Any simple exercises for sore legs?
I want to lose weight, and stay under 2000 calories. To burn off some of my calories today, I want to exercise, but I cant. My legs are EXTREMELY sore. Any simple exercises that won't hurt my sore legs?

Always start slow. Just start walking first. Anytime you start with an exercise program you need to do stretching exercises before you do your program. With your legs search on the Internet for leg stretching exercises include in them your Achilles tendons. Make sure you understand the instructions and that they have a picture of each of the exercises. This will prevent injuries and accident. If this your first with exercises then work with a Fitness Trainer, Fitness Specialist, Coach or someone who knows what they are doing. The focus should be on Life style changes and not dieting. 2000 calories are not the the way to go. You could have 2000 empty calories and not losing weight.Please email me. if u want to lose weight then u need to be doing the exercises that will make ur legs more sore. Anything u do will hurt them but as they warm up and they use up the lactic acid in the muscles (which is wat makes them sore) they'll get less sore through the workout. Basic movements you'll want to do are squats, calf raises, lunges, mountain climbers, and leg presses.
