My left wrist has been aching for a month now...?!

Question:

My left wrist has been aching for a month now...?

I couldn't recall what had happened, but my left wrist hurts very much now, whenever I push with my left hand (push ups, trying to get up from sitting...)

In every day life it doesn't hurt at all, it doesn't bother me when I rotate it. Anybody knows what's wrong, and what should I do with it? (I haven't gone to the doctor yet...cause I thought this was going to be gone in time...)

Answers:

May be carpal tunnel syndrome, especially if you text a lot, have a straight across keyboard, play piano, or do something else repetitive daily. If you're right handed, you may just have stronger ligaments or muscles in your right hand and that's why it doesn't hurt.
