Constipation?!

Constipation?
Ever since I gave birth to my son I have had UNBEARABLE constipation. Like i can hardly walk afterwards and I have to go straight to the bath ..
I have tried a laxative and also an anenima but they don't seem to be helping. With my son I don't always have the time to go to the toilet and have a bath when I need too incase he cries or wakes up during it .. so I have been holding off. Just wondering if holding off with make this worse or not??

Yes it does make things worse.. Just try to make time for yourself .. I know its hard having a newborn, but you have to do it. or else you´ll just end up sick...
