My fahter gets horrible Charlie horses in his legs and I want to give him a remedy that works well. He already uses the soap at the corner of the bed remedy. Thank you ahead of time ...Best answer gets 10 points for BEST!

in addition to some of the other comments i have found that gatoraide or poweraide help with cramps (energy drinks - no caffeine)
