What's wrong with my arm?
Every morning when I wake up my right arm is numb. It wakes me up through out the night. Not only is it numb but it hurts a great deal. Can anybody tell me what this is?

All of those answers are great but I know it's not from sleeping on it. One reason I know this is because I've been sleeping on my back or my left side thinking that it would help but it doesn't. Not only does it hurt during the night but it hurts during the day also. When I wake up in the middle of the night because the pain is so awful I've noticed that it hurts more when I move my hand. Another detail is that the numbness is not like the normal feeling when ones arm or hand falls asleep. It's more of a tingly feeling, I can still move my hand and arm.

you probably slept on it. i am a wil sleeper and when i put pressure on my arm in my sleep, it hurts like hell to. try sleeping on your side or your back
