WHAT CAN THIS BE?

I have big pains in the left side of my chest extending downwards to the stomach. The pain ignites went I try to strech or when I'm walking for a long time. It feels like it is under my ribcage, actualy it is mosty on my back (under it), Sometimes the pain captures even the heart.

Answers:

Pleurisy or a pulled muscle or maybe a heart attack.
