Is it okay for a person to want physical pain hoping that their emotional pain would somehow go away?

Things haven't been going okay these days...And last night i want wanted something to hurt me so bad physically that everything else would just go away....


Answers:

Called counter pain. Doesn't really work for emotional pain. ~
