I'm looking for sunscreens that has high PPD ratings or is good at preventing you from tanning.?

I'm looking for a sunscreen that will prevent me from tanning and after doing some research, it was suggested to use a sunscreen with high PPD ratings. A good line that was recommended was Bioderma Photoderm, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I've looked around at all the stores and I can't find that line or any other sunscreens that have high PPD. It would be much appreciated if people could tell me where to get Bioderma Photoderm sunscreen or any other sunscreens with high PPD. It would also be appreciated if people would tell me sunscreens that have high PPD that I can get at local drugstores or at places like Wal-Mart. =] Btw, I live in Canada but I'm staying in America for the summer, so a sunscreen that I can find at either locations would be good. n____n

I'm staying pale with Neutrogena SPF 70.

Any dermatologist's office staff will know what sunscreens s/he recommends for complete blocking of UV rays. Many also sell it at the office. Call one near where you're staying and ask for a recommendation.
