Why does my neck hurt when I touch it especially on one side?!


Question:

Why does my neck hurt when I touch it especially on one side?

It hurts toward the base especially when I touch it. Its like right between 2 vertebrea and worse on the right side. I can put my finger on the spot that it hurts worse on the side of my spine. What is this??
