Heel problems?!

Heel problems?
My right heel sometimes hurts so bad that I can hardly walk! I have bought these inserts for my shoes made by Dr. Scholls that seem to help for awhile, but after about a week the pain comes back? Anyone know of anything that will work permenant?

My heels did hurt me too,what i did was go to a foot doctor and have him conduct test on my feet and also have orthopedic inserts made especially made for my feet and that seems to help with my feet.
