How strong is Tylenol 3 and how does it make you feel?
The Dr. has given me tylenol #3 for the terrible headaches until a MRI can be scheduled. What do they do to you?

I am an older man that spent many years addicted to pills.
1-Most painkillers are fine while waiting for
examinations. T-3s (as they are called on the
street) contain codeine so you will get a "buzz"
(feel a bit strange). It is a pleasant feeling to
many people.
2-Codeine is highly addictive substance. Use
over a fairly long time (months) will cause
addiction.
3-Extended use will most likely cause liver
damage like I am suffering now.
When getting medication now, I make it a point to ASK THE DOCTOR: what is it? Is it addictive? What side effects are there? Is there a less addictive but similarly strong alternative? He has the right answers. A druggist can give you the same info
Getting drug information off the internet from unknown sources just isn't a good idea.Us bozos may tell you anything. Worse yet, you may believe it. Please, check with a pharmacist or doctor.
