I pulled muscles in my arms?!

Question: I pulled muscles in my arms?
On Friday at school, we did trampolining in PE and when I went to do a front drop, I slipped on my tights (I wore them underneath, and had to take off my shoes) and landed on it awkwardly, smacking my chin and pulling muscles in my arms. I'm in so much pain when I lift my arms up, push down on them, or cling onto something and pull on it. I know for sure I must've stretched the muscles in my triceps, and it hurts like MAD. It's early Sunday morning now, and my arms seem to get more painful each hour. I haven't gone to a doctor or nothing, I won't go for this... my Dad won't take me as it's not very serious (I don't like doctors, neither). I have school on Monday, and I know I really don't want to go because of this and something else I wont go in to. I probably won't go, but if I do... I probably won't get through a day, as the lessons I have then involve moving a lot (science - experiments, geography - a lot of writing, it strains on my arms, and a lesson I forgot).
My question is, is there any way I can ease the pain? Will holding cold things on it soothe it in any way? I don't have a bag of peas or anything like that, so probably just a cold flannel or something under that category. Also, will paracetamol or ibuprofen help (muscle pains, etc)?
If you need any more information.. just ask, I'm very concerned!

Thanks. :D

Soma is addictive, this guy is no doctor.....

Use para or Tylenol for the pain, but I woul really get an X-ray to make sure you dont have a hairline fracture or pulled ligaments.

In the meantime, keep it elevated.
