Sleep patterns that are well f---d any suggestions?


Answers:

As wierd as it may seem, going to bed before ten o'clock really does help. You feel much better in the morning and have more energy through-out the day - at least in my experience. I've always heard that people do best when they sleep from ten to two, because that is when the body 'regenerates'. Sweet dreams.
