Had a headache out of nowhere and right eye pain?
The other day i had a sudden headache out of nowhere, only hurt on the right side of my head (forehead) and my right eye felt really pressured and in pain. i felt extreme pressure in that area, especially my eyeball. it went away after taking some medicine and taking a nap.
i never had this happen to me before. what is this? i know my family has a history of high blood pressure; i do as well. i am only 21 though.

You had a kind of headache or migraine -- but, from the description that you give, it is not necessarily a sinus headache.
It could have been one of a number of types of headache or migraine.
See your doctor to know for sure.
