Is there a way to drain out a plugged eardrum?

I had an ear infection last week that was really causing a lot of pressure on the inside and outside of my eardrum. The doctor said Swimmer's Ear and I've been using ear drops and taking antibiotics for it since then. The ear infection seems to be gone, and the tube in my ear is no longer swollen, however I still have a large amount of clogging around my eardrum. I've used a number of home remedies to clear out the clogging which is apparently caused by blood around my eardrum (small amounts of blood are all that come out when I try cleaning around my ear), but not even chewing gum or yawning is getting it to go out, however I know that it is draining down the back of my throat. What I'm asking is, does anyone have a possible home solution or a way to clear out blood behind the eardrum? I've tried letting the water run through it, but that has not helped. Its' been over 10 days and I haven't had any relief from the clogging. Thanks to anyone with an idea of what I can do!

At health food stores they have ear candles made from beeswax and you lay your head to the side and place the candle in and put a paperplate down by the candle so that you dont get wax on you and as it burns down it pulls the wax out or whatever is built up in there blood etc., it pulls that into the bottom of the candle as it burns down, you will need someone to help you with this, so your best bet is to call around and do a little research, have the GNC if they have them there some do and some dont, but have the employees explain to you and your friend who will help you how to do it, its fairly easy and I have had it done before by a friend of the family and it works!
