My hand is burning like hell !!!!!!!!!?

I just woke up and I exercise then I sat down to watch TV then my Palm started burning !! Please help !!!


Answers:

Place an ice pack on your palm for ten minutes, several times a day. This should take down the pain very quickly. If you don't feel better by Monday see your medical doctor.
