Is it normal for a 10 year old kid to twitch while he sleeps?
I've noticed my son twitching while he sleeps just recently. I've asked him if it happens during the day and he says, NO! and that he doesn't even know it happens at night. He's even told me I twitch while I sleep too.
When I see him asleep I can see his eyes having rapid movement, as if he's dreaming. I'll notice his toes, fingers and sometimes his whole body with twitch. I'm starting to get worried now, don't know if its normal?. Any thoughts?..........Thanks

everyone is different but somethings remain the same and twitching and REM- rapid eye movement, in sleep is so normal that if someone doesn't do it then the may have a sleep disorder. worry not friend, we all do it we just don't have some one watching it.dogs and cats all do it too' Chase rabbits in there sleep, I wonder if they ever catch them? sweet dreams!
