Everyone has their own healing time. Some people heal faster than others and perhaps you are one of those. Here is the only thing that I can give you that might help you. Work the right leg as hard as you can. Do exercises for the entire knee in sets of 3 made up of 15 reps. By working the uninjured leg you are transmitting strength and to a degree recovery to the injured leg. Make sure that you work the quads and hamstrings to get the knee as strong as possible. No accessibility to a gym then do this. Sit in a straight chair and using only the right leg and no hands if possible, get out of the chair standing up to a fully erect posture. Now return to the chair and do this again until you have done 5 reps. Rest for a minute and then do another 5. Rest again then do another 5. By the second or third set you should be getting close to being able to arise on your own. Do this a few times each day and the effect will be noted in the left knee. Worst case scenario is that you are going to have to use crutches for a little while. If the knee is not strong enough to do it without the immobilizer or crutches don't force it. Forcing it could mean more damage for the knee which might require surgery. Good luck!

basically do not do anything to hurt it or move it. rest completely with your knee/leg elevated above your heart. also ice as much as you can . take anti inflammatory meds. just where your brace when you go to europe or get a smaller one.
