What is this fire pain in my right ear and on the right side of my head?!

What is this fire pain in my right ear and on the right side of my head?
About two times a month, I get this fire feeling, intensly painful burn in the right OR left side of my head. It starts in my ear, and then works it's way down to my neck and even shoulder in a matter of five seconds. I carry tylenol with me because it will cure the pain completely within five minutes. I have a history of migraines, but I have not really gotten them since I had a baby..., but now these weird headaches. What could it be?
Answers:
I do not know but I experience the same thing. Sometimes I experience it 2-3 times in a days time but not again for 6 months.
I never take anything for it because the pain goes away by itself.
