My foot is swelling and calf tightening? HELP!?!

Question:

My foot is swelling and calf tightening? HELP!?

I looked down and my foot is so swollen it has created a tiny roll of fat over it. Also, my calf has tightened so much I cant pinch any soft area. It is hard as a rock. What is going on? I have been walking an unusual amount...a lot. Have I sprained it? What do I do?
