Back Pain...Please Help me?

Since October i been having back pain. starting in the middle area and going down the lats. im 23yr old male, not over weight in good health. i had a ultrasound back in oct to check the kidneys. nothing showed up at all. i had a slightly enlarged spleen so i went to the heamatoglist to find out what it is, nothing showed up in the blood work, this was back in febrary now. i told him about my back pain and he said maybe u should get a ct scan to check the lymph nodes in my back to see if that is causing the pain. i freaked out when he said that, and he said he doesnt think its that but its up to me to get it. well i never got it and my back pain is still here. the pain is tightness in the morning when i get up, it usually eases in the day time but remains tight in the kidney area on the lats. im freaking thinking i have non hodgkins or some cancer. please help me what could this be, it cant be good bc im young and have back pain for 7 months. it doesnt effect my walk or my bowels.

Try and go see a spine doctor or neurosurgeon. Then I would get an MRI. You could have a herniated disk or sprained your back. You are stiff in the morning from laying in bed all night, back pain gets better when you move around more than being still. Try light stretching when you wake up, that helps loosen up the muscles around the spine. I wish you luck and hope you find the answer to your problem.
