When I touch my right side of my scalp / skull, it feels like I have a bruise. W!

Question: When I touch my right side of my scalp / skull, it feels like I have a bruise. What is it?
Answers:

There are some fine muscles that run under the scalp that can get tight and make the scalp feel tender in places. Those muscles are connected to the neck muscles so that you have to free up the neck muscles to get relief to those under the scalp and here's how to free up the neck muscles to get that relief:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Yeah, you just have a bruise. I guess that having a bruise's simply the way it is
