Sometimes i feel like im ready to get up after six hours of sleep, but then feel tired later in the day, why ?
I sometimes feel like i should get out of bed after 6-7 hours asleep. I'll feel restless, but if i lay there for a while it goes away. If i get up after 6-7 hours i'll feel a little groggy, but then fine. But as soon as afternoon rolls around im ready for an hour nap. What could be causing all of this, and what should i do ? I dont feel rested at 6 hours or 8, more like 9 or 10

You might have chronic fatigue syndrome. See a doctor.
If your lifestyle allows for a quick afternoon nap, then don't worry too much. Sleep 6 hours at night and 30 minutes in the PM and you'll live to a grand old age.
