Hard lump in groin area?
About 5 weeks ago I found a small lump in my groin. I didn't really think about as I thought it had vanished few days later.
Just now I found larger lump between my lower abdomen and groin, it is hard and not painful, it seems to be somewhat moveable.
Should I be worrying?

litttle78lucky, what are the symptoms for an lymphnode infection.
Also I think I should mention that this lump seems to be a little higher up than the one I got 5 weeks ago.
