Yes, a little drainage is normal. So is pain (you shouldn't be blowing your nose or rubbing it or anything right now.)
When I had mine done, it was tender for a month.
However, if you have "bleeding" (i.e. a bunch of dripping blood) then you may have a problem. Don't be afraid to call your ENT and ask a nurse. Usually after hours you can call and leave a message. They will call you back if it is serious enough.
