Why do my wrists always hurt randomly?!

Too much texting and keyboarding can cause carpal tunnel syndrome, which is a repetitive motion condition that causes wrist pain. You have to do something about this now or else it can get to the point where you could need surgery. You want to prevent further injury to your wrists--please research this. Don't overdo--give it a rest. Buy wrist braces at the drugstore and try wearing them for a few nights while you sleep and see if your wrists feel better.

Don't know why you would have the bruise.

Don't overuse the word "random," it sounds ridiculous.

If you use the computer a lot, it can be carpel tunnel. Look it up.
