Is there something wrong with me?
I think there is something really wrong with me. I am trying to take a crap, but whenever I do, it hurts, and when I wipe myself, I get blood. I feel something hard when I touched it with tp while pushing and it feels hard. The hardest thing I accidentally swallowed any time recently was an ice cube (which I highly doubt is the problem). I'm not sure if I ate some kind of hard object on accident or if I am crapping out my own intestine. what should I do?

sounds like you could be constipated. you could try natural remedies like high fibre foods such as prunes or prune juice and make sure you have lots of water as well. Or you could buy some over the counter things that will help soften your stool & or keep you regular. The bleeding could be purely from straining & or you may have a haemarrhoid that as been aggravated by the straining / hard stool
