If you are having a period you at the hands of your hormones. Your nipples can hurt all the time and there is nothing wrong with you. You are just a woman.

Maybe you are getting your period.
Sometimes this happens to me too like a week before i get it my brest become super tender.
I know you said your a virgin, but do you take birth control for any other medical reason (acne, menstrual irregularity ect.) this can also cause your pain
