Help! With my toe cramps!?!

Question: Help! With my toe cramps!?
My second toe (next to my big toe) on both my feet for the last 2 years have started cramping really bad. They always seem to be the only toe in my foot that cramps. Every time I squeeze my toes together or stress them, they cramp out of nowhere, and they hurt BAD! And every time I use force to push them back they never seem to help and cramp some more. I need answers to my problem and maybe some ways to get rid of it.

You probably need better fitting shoes; no pointy toes, lower heels. Soak your feet in warm epsom salt water every night for a while. Make sure you have potassium in your diet; like in oranges and bananas to prevent cramps. Also, quit messing with your toes. Just wiggle and stretch them real easy. Be nice to your feet; they will serve you well for a long time.
